What is Project 300?

Project 300 is a nationwide outreach initiative aimed at reaching 300 secondary schools across Nigeria.

Through structured mentorship sessions and purpose-driven engagement, we help students:

  • Discover their strengths and potential

  • Make informed life and career choices

  • Build confidence and leadership capacity

  • Develop a sense of purpose and direction

This is more than outreach — it’s a movement to shape the future of Nigerian youth.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome: Students, Professionals, Educators, NYSC members, Youth leaders. You’re a great fit if you: Are passionate about youth development Have strong communication and teamwork skills Can commit time between February and November Can work independently within a structured system

What You’ll Do

As an Outreach Volunteer, you will: Deliver structured mentorship sessions in secondary schools Support outreach activities within your state-based team Build relationships with schools and community stakeholders Assist in research and strategy for youth programs Collaborate with the YTOP Global team to drive impact You’ll work within a structured framework while having the freedom to lead and innovate.
